Daily Rate
₹600 per day, per cat. To confirm your booking, just pay one day's charges as a deposit. Please note: We charge as per each calendar day and not according to pick up and drop timings. Advance payments are non-refundable.
Limited Bookings
We do not accept more than 4 bookings for any given day. This is to ensure that the cats get personal attention and have the personal space they require to feel relaxed.
Neutered/Spayed
Cats Only
Cats above 6-7 months of age should be neutered/spayed before boarding as they tend to go into heat. Intact cats can smell the scents that other cats have left, causing them to instantly go into heat upon arriving here even if they have never been in heat before or rarely go into heat. Cats in heat spray urine on walls and furniture which compromises hygiene, and may bother other cats in case they are sharing a room.
Food
You can supply us with your cat’s favourite brand of cat food (wet or dry) in adequate quantity for the duration of your cat’s stay with us. We can also purchase the food on your behalf; in such a case, the food will be charged additionally at MRP.
Litter
The cost of litter is included in our charges; you do not need to get litter or pay extra. We use clumping ball-shaped bentonite cat litter.
Stress-free Environment
We have ensured that the home is ideal for cats. There are plenty of cozy spots for them to settle into and relaxing music is played through-out the day to help reduce their stress levels. There are no cages and pets have free roam.
Emergency Medical Care
We request that you disclose your cat’s age and medical conditions (if any) before leaving him or her in our care. In case of a medical emergency, we will take your cat to our trusted local veterinarian. All medical expenses, including transportation, have to be borne by you. Since such situations can be unpredictable, we cannot accept responsibility in the case of your pet’s demise.
Mandatory Vaccinations
We request all cat parents to have their cats vaccinated before boarding, for the safety of their cat and other cats as well. Unvaccinated cats may be carrying infections without showing any symptoms and might spread it to others. We will require the vaccination record to be shared with us.

Catopia is a home-based cageless cat boarding service located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, run by a cat-crazy mother and son duo.
Having raised a total of sixteen cats over three decades, we know how problematic it can be to find a temporary home for your pets even for a few days. We also understand that every cat has a unique personality which needs special attention.
We aim to take your worries away by providing a loving home for your cats so that you can fully enjoy your time away.
